Whether you are an existing patient or new to our practice, we welcome use this link to make appointments directly in our schedule.  It will enable you to see available times for the appropriate appointment type.  

Please use the following guidelines when choosing your appointment type:

New Patients:  Choose NEW PATIENT EXAM
Existing Patients:
     Last visit 3 months prior or more/New injury or complaint:  Choose NEW CONDITION
     Currently treating patients: Choose ADJUSTMENT  
     Periodic mid-treatment plan exam:  Choose RE-EXAMINATION
     Patients who receive Decompression Therapy as part of their treatment: Choose DECOMPRESSION
